MP ITI Admission Process 2026 – Step-by-Step Guide

If you want to apply for MP ITI Admission, follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: First, you need to visit the official portal: iti.mponline.gov.in

Step 2: Then, click on the exact text, which is written like this “ITI Admission 2026-27” and register using your email and mobile number.

Step 3: After that, fill out the online application form and give the details like your personal, academic, and trade preference details.

Step 4: After that, upload your scanned documents, such as a photo, signature, and certificates.

Step 5: Now, make a payment for the application fee using whatever payment method is available to you (Debit card, Credit card, UPI, or net banking).

Step 6: Last step, click the submit button and take a printout for future use cases.

Eligibility Criteria for MP ITI Admission 2026

  • Nationality: Your nationality must be Indian.
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Most of the trades required a Class 10 pass candidate.
    • For a few short-term trades, a Class 8 pass is enough to apply.
  • Age Limit:
    • The candidates’ minimum age should be at least 14 years as on 1st August 2025
    • No upper age limit

For some trades like Electrician or Fitter, Science & Math in Class 10 may be required.

The Directorate of Skill Development, MP has published the MP ITI Merit List 2026 on its official website, mpiticounseling.co.in. You can download your rank list using their Registration Number and Password. This MP merit list is prepared based on the marks you got in your qualifying exam (like 10th class). If your name appears on the merit list, you will be eligible to take part in the counselling.

Counselling Process

When the MP ITI merit list is released, the counselling authorities will invite the selected students for the next round of the process.

  2. Then, select your desired trades and ITI colleges.
  3. Now, you’ll have to lock your desired choices and pay the choice filling fee.
  4. Based on your merit and preference, the allotment result will be declared.
  5. If you get allotted, then download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college for further document verification.
  6. Last step, after submitting your original documents to the allotted ITI college and then paying admission fees, that’s it.
